Service Description

Technology-Informed Movement, Recovery & Education On Wheels | TeamCare delivers clinician-guided movement education, recovery support, and performance insight directly to teams, schools, workplaces, and organizations. Services are mobile, education-first, and designed to meet groups where they move. All TeamCare services are provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and delivered with informed consent. What This Tier Addresses TeamCare | Silver is designed for organizations ready to move beyond baseline testing and into application, structure, and consistency. This tier focuses on how individuals move together as a group, how movement patterns relate to daily demands, and how recovery and readiness habits can be supported with clarity rather than guesswork. Silver emphasizes identifying group-level movement trends, understanding how those trends influence performance and recovery, and translating insight into habits that can be applied consistently by athletes, staff, or employees. What’s Included (What the $750 Covers) The $750 TeamCare | Silver experience includes individualized baseline testing and a full team movement assessment using professional-grade technology selected to match team size, environment, and goals. Testing may include tools from VALD to support education around movement patterns, symmetry, force production, and loading strategies at the group level. All data is interpreted by a Doctor of Physical Therapy using an education-first lens, emphasizing trends and practical meaning rather than raw reports or medical conclusions. Teams receive clear explanation of what the data suggests, why it matters, and how it can guide smarter movement and recovery decisions. Silver also includes all-access to #Mission2Move MoveHealth exercises, providing a consistent library of movement and recovery resources beyond the on-site visit. One personalized movement program is created based on team findings to support warm-ups, recovery blocks, and movement resets aligned with real demands. What Teams Walk Away With Teams leave with a professional-level understanding of how they move collectively, a personalized movement program grounded in objective findings, continued access to movement education resources, and clear direction that supports daily accountability and consistency. Best For Teams and organizations seeking baseline testing plus direction, using group-level movement insight to inform programming, recovery habits, and smarter decisions

Kinematics with Kelly (KWK) and The Recovery Room are a cash-based, point-of-service physical therapy and recovery practice led by Dr. Kelly Neumann, DPT, CIDN, licensed in Illinois. We combine hands-on physical therapy with objective video and performance data to help clients restore, optimize, and maintain movement health. Our model is proactive and data-driven, not insurance-based rehabilitation. Sessions integrate manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, mobility training, and recovery education to address measurable restrictions in strength, control, and readiness. We treat what we find through quantifiable assessment and clinical expertise while remaining within the licensed scope of physical therapy. KWK does not provide medical diagnosis or manage systemic disease. Objective findings and video analysis are used to inform care and track progress—not to replace medical evaluation. Clients are encouraged to seek medical clearance for conditions beyond the musculoskeletal system. Payment Policy: All services are private-pay and due at the time of service. KWK does not bill insurance or issue codes for reimbursement. Cancellations require 24-hour notice; completed sessions are non-refundable. Privacy & Data: Performance and video data are stored securely and used only for clinical documentation and education. Information is never sold or shared. KWK maintains HIPAA-aligned confidentiality standards. Safety & Referral: If red-flag findings arise (neurological, systemic, or unexplained symptoms), clients will be referred to an appropriate healthcare provider. Ethics & Values: KWK upholds the APTA Code of Ethics and the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act. We operate with integrity, faith-aligned compassion, and an education-first philosophy—empowering every client to understand and own their movement. Our belief is simple: Movement is Medicine.
