2. Come rehab with me at 7:00 daily Monday through Friday during kicking it with Kelly (morning movement) unti. What level do you want to be at? I can make it happen, just need commitment and willingness to try creative interventions designed to restore joint mobility while strengthening
2. Added 8:15 class this month - morning movement, low impact strength training and conditioning with emphasis in restoring range of motion.—815 great for beginners in movement awareness

Huge shout out to Mark Helm who killed it this week in ACL prevention and rehab! Mark is headed to college and well it’s always a bitter sweet. I will miss you greatly and am so proud of you! Pulling patterns are super common in youth. Athletes just want to go faster, but don’t know how. Once they figure out what muscles are suppose to activate at what joint efficiency and speed improves. The brain connections to these power house muscles are still developing. Think push! Corrective exercises assist in understanding deficits in a controlled way that carryover to sport. He is getting it. Keep working hard!
