The Mission

KINEMATICS WITH KELLY
The human body is made to move. At Kinematics with Kelly, we restore and optimize mobility, stability, and strength—teaching awareness that prevents injury and unlocks true performance. #mission2move
🌟 About Kinematics with Kelly
We believe movement is medicine, awareness is essential, and knowledge is power.
In 2024, we launched Kinematics with Kelly, Sports and Movement Clinic to change how athletes, patients, and communities experience care. Too often, people are sidelined by preventable injuries or lack access to the tools that could keep them strong and resilient. Our mission—#mission2move—is to restore and optimize movement through awareness 🧠🫶 while bringing physical therapy expertise beyond clinic walls and into everyday life.
Why Movement Matters
We combine clinical care with innovation that makes a measurable difference. That’s why we’ve integrated movement technology like Vald performance systems, trusted by elite athletes and research institutions worldwide.
For over a decade, we refined these tools in the clinic—evaluating athletes, guiding treatment plans, and tracking outcomes. Now, we deliver that same proven workflow in the community, providing objective data on strength, mobility, and performance.
-
For athletes → smarter training and new levels of performance.
-
For patients → injury prevention before pain ever starts.
-
For communities → visible, trackable proof of progress.
Movement technology isn’t just equipment—it’s a game-changer, giving every person access to the same science-backed systems trusted in clinical practice.
Our Commitment
We stand united with healthcare providers, athletic trainers, coaches, parents, and athletes of all ages—sharing knowledge, collaborating in real time, and staying aligned with the latest science. Because technology is only powerful when it’s accessible, and movement is only meaningful when everyone is included.
